About our Packaging and Shipping Method:

 All of our Neon Signs will be professionally packaged and are then shipped by Fed Ex Ground transportation and are insured.  The cost of packaging, shipping and insurance of have already been added when purchasing your sign on-line. The cost will be $35.00 for packaging materials and $40.00 to have the sign shipped Fed Ex Ground two to three day. We have done a lot of research and tested many different ways in packaging our neons signs to insure that the signs will arrive undamaged. In doing so we have found that Fed Ex though a little more expensive method of shipment is the way to go. Our breakage rate is currently about 4%. So please keep this in mind when comparing our price's to others. If you want to upgrade the shipping to receive the item more quickly this is available at additional cost.  Please make any changes in shipping that you would like known in your e-mail or phone call to us.

NEW SHIPPING CHARGES EFFECTIVE 1-5-04

New size limits for UPS and FedEx Ground.
Effective Monday 1-5-04, both carriers will now accept packages up to 165" length and girth combined.  The old limit was 130" length and girth.  ANY package over 130" length and girth combined will ship at a 90 lb rate minimum PLUS will incur a $45 "large package" surcharge.  Standard sized signs shipped in the typical box will not be subjected to these new rules.  The rates have gone up about 3% however.  But, some of that will be neutralized due to UPS and FedEx no longer charging fuel surcharges on Ground shipments.  (The fuel surcharge used to be about 4% on average.)

All signs that exceed the 165" length and girth requirement have been newly marked.

Upon receiving your E-mail , Warsaw Wally will reply on the availability, price, and shipping of the item you wish to receive information on. At that time we will E-mail or call you back with the information that you requested. You can than decide if you would like to proceed with your order or you may also purchase your item on-line by clicking on the purchasing button. The only forms of payment accepted are credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amx) or money orders.

Signs and clocks will be shipped only after full payment is received.

 All signs are guaranteed to arrive unbroken and in good working order or they will be repaired, replaced or your purchase price refunded at company discretion.  All neons are cleaned, tested and leave our warehouse in perfect working order.

All neon signs are *guaranteed for 60 (sixty) days from the time of delivery.

*Guarantee guidelines covers the following;

  1. Light (bright and even lighting of glass tube)

  2. Transformer

Our guarantee does not cover broken glass or damage due to misuse or mishandling. In the event of sign failure covered above Warsaw Wally's must be notified within 60 (sixty) days of delivery. The neon must be shipped back to Warsaw Wally's (with insurance) in the original container with all packaging material at the owners expense. Warsaw Wally's will inspect the neon and decide to fix or replace the sign and then ship back to addressee.

 

Neon Signs Received Broken:

Your neon sign comes with a guarantee that it will not be broken during shipping.  IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK THE NEON SIGN UPON RECEIPT. All claims for breakage and/or damage, whether concealed or obvious, MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery as indicated  by the records of the carrier. Please email info@warsawwallys.com to report damage. Failure by the purchaser to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 24 hours shall cause the purchaser to waive the claims. If concealed damage is discovered, you MUST save all cartons and packaging for a possible inspection by the carrier. We will at our discretion promptly replace or repair the neon glass. This may or may not involve the return of the sign at our expense.

 All items must be inspected immediately upon receiving. If the item has broken glass on inspection, DO NOT PLUG IN OR ATTEMPT TO LIGHT THE NEON.  Report this to Warsaw Wally's  immediately.. At that time we will initiate a claim with Fed Ex, to have the product shipped back to us to be repaired here, or a replacement will be shipped. Or if you choose the sign can be repaired in your local area (a neon sign repair place can usually be found in the yellow pages of your local phone book.) You then just need to notify us when your sign has been repaired and either fax or mail us a copy of your receipt so that your account can be credited.

Neon signs, clocks, and anything else neon related sold on this site are HIGH VOLTAGE and should NEVER be operated by children.  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, UNLESS DAMAGED SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS OR SIGN FAILURE IS COVERED BY GUARANTEE GUIDELINES.

 

RETURN POLICY:

You may return any item after contacting Warsaw Wally's and it is agreed upon that the item may be sent back at the customer expense, for a full refund of the purchase price (Minus shipping and handling charges of the original shipping cost.)

What should I do if my sign is broken? Can I fix it myself?

If your newly purchased neon sign arrives with broken glass, please do not attempt to repair the sign yourself. Within 72 hours of receiving your sign, please review the Guarantee. A Warsaw Wally’s customer service representative will contact you either through email or by phone to schedule a return pickup of your existing sign and delivery of a new sign.

What should I do if my sign stops working?

The Warsaw Wally’s guarantee covers the power supply and processed neon tubes only. The guarantee does not cover accidental breakage to the glass itself. 

Where can I place my neon sign?

You should not, under any circumstance, place your neon sign outside. Outdoor placement is considered misuse of the product and would void the Guarantee. Your sign is constructed for indoor use only and can be placed virtually anywhere in your home. Your sign has been designed to hang on a wall, hang from the ceiling or stand on a counter or shelf. You may also want to consider hanging your sign on the interior of a window with the logo facing outward for passers by to notice. When determining where to place your sign, please keep these tips in mind:

In some instances, a neon sign can cause interference with radio equipment. If you are experiencing interference, try plugging your sign into a different outlet away from your television or radio. Be sure you do not damage the ground pin ("U Pin") on the plug of your power cord. Good grounding is essential for interference suppression.

Try to avoid displaying your sign within the path of your remote controls. This will eliminate any possible interference with an infrared remote control

As with any electronic device, you should never operate your sign in or near water

If I hear a high pitched tone, what does that mean?

Your neon sign operates at a 20kHz radio frequency. A high pitched tone could be audible to some, and not to others. This is normal.

How do I clean my neon sign?

Be sure to always unplug your neon sign when handling. Next, use a feather duster or a dry cloth to dust off your sign. Never use a cleaning solvent or water to clean your sign. Be very careful not to break the glass.
