All sales are final unless the sign is damaged during shipment, then a customer may elect repair, replacement (if available), or refund. Damage notification must be within 48 hours after delivery and original packing materials must be saved. Occasionally, the use of exterior tube coatings in some neon signs may result in the dislodgment of small color flecks during manufacture and shipping.
